Programming Update
With May comes a new training block focused on building capacity for Memorial Day Murph! Expect a lot of bodyweight capacity work and running when we can. 💪
Schedule Changes:
Memorial Day – Monday, May 26th – Modified schedule for Murph.
Memorial Day Murph
Join us on Memorial Day, Monday, May 26th, for our annual Murph workout in honor of Michael Murphy. Heats will be at 8:00 AM and 8:40 AM. Arrive early to warm up!
The workout is:
– 1 mile run
– 100 pull-ups
– 200 push-ups
– 300 sit-ups
– 1 mile run
There will be a breakfast BBQ after the second heat – bring your appetite and your community spirit! ðŸŒ
Jay Jerome Memorial Scholarship
For the second year, our Jay Jerome Scholarship event was a huge success! We hit a new record with 59 athletes and raised $3,417 in donations. Thank you to everyone who participated or donated!
