Group Fitness Classes

Functional Training for All Levels

Our functional fitness classes combine strength, conditioning, and endurance to help you build a stronger, healthier body. 🐢 PAC Pups (Ages 5 - 12)

Kids Functional Fitness

Help your kids build healthy habits, confidence, and coordination with our PAC Pups program. These fun, age-appropriate classes teach kids the basics of functional movement while emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and positive self-image.

What to Expect:

  • Fun, Engaging Workouts: Age-appropriate drills, games, and obstacle courses

  • Confidence Building: Supportive coaches who know how to inspire and motivate kids

  • Focus on Fundamentals: Safe, functional movements that set a strong foundation for life

PAC Teens ( Ages 13 - 17 )

Strength & Conditioning for Young Athletes

Prepare your teens for sports, life, and everything in between with our PAC Teens program. These sessions focus on building strength, confidence, and athleticism through safe, progressive training that adapts as your teen grows.
