Saturday, April 12th – No regular classes as we host our annual Jay Jerome Scholarship Fund WOD. No Open Gym on 4/13 or 4/20.
Programming Overview:
We’re wrapping up our 20-rep Back Squat cycle, with more gymnastics strength and running as the weather improves. Let’s finish this block strong! 💥
Jay Jerome Memorial Workout
Join us on Saturday, April 12th, for our annual Jay Jerome Memorial Workout, honoring a beloved teammate who passed in 2020. Proceeds from this event support our Jay Jerome Scholarship Fund, which helps local scholar-athletes pursuing careers in law enforcement.
The workout is a 14-minute AMRAP:
- Partner 1: Row for Calories
- Partner 2: 10 DB Bench Press (50s/35s, 35s/20s)
- 25′ DB Front Rack Lunges
- 3 Bar Muscle Ups (or 9 Pull-ups / 12 Ring Rows)
- 25′ DB Front Rack Lunges
- ** Switch as needed
The CrossFit Open
We’re so proud of everyone who participated in the CrossFit Open! Huge congratulations to our Teacher’s Pets for their team victory and to Spirit of the Open finalists Charley, Maureen, and Rebekah. Special shoutout to Janine for winning the Moment of the Open with her unforgettable Week 3 finish!
